2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3030 That the general statutes be amended to provide that, if a party to a civil or family matter can demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence that he or she has been harmed as a direct result of fraud or wilful misconduct by other counsel in such matter, such other counsel shall not be entitled to any level of immunity.
