2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to create criminal penalties for anyone who forces or coerces a woman to have an abortion, to require mandatory reporting of suspected forced or coerced abortions and to create civil penalties against employers, educational institutions, social assistance agencies or medical personnel who threaten a woman with the loss of employment or other opportunity for refusing to terminate her pregnancy.
