AN ACT CONCERNING INCREASED PARTICIPATION BY LEGISLATORS IN THE ANNUAL MEETING WITH THE RULES COMMITTEE OF THE SUPERIOR COURT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 51-15a of the general statutes be amended to allow all members of the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to the judiciary to meet annually with the rules committee of the Superior Court to discuss judicial processes.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow greater participation by Judiciary Committee legislators in the annual meeting with the rules committee of the Superior Court.
