AN ACT CONCERNING THE IMPOSITION OF A FLIP FEE OR CHARGE BY THE ASSOCIATION OF A COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 828 of the general statutes be amended to provide that the association of a common interest ownership community may establish and implement a flip fee or charge relating to the sale of individual units.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit the association of a common interest ownership community to establish and implement a flip fee or charge relating to the sale of individual units.
