| 28 | 28 | That subsection (t) of section 52-352b of the general statutes be amended to provide that the following property shall be exempt from an execution of judgment: (1) The homestead to the value of ninety-eight thousand dollars, or (2) in the case of a money judgment arising out of services provided at a hospital, such judgment to the value of one hundred sixty-three thousand three hundred dollars. | |
