AN ACT CONCERNING CRIMINAL LOCKOUT IN A COMMERCIAL CONTEXT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 53a-214 of the general statutes be amended to clarify the application of criminal lockout to commercial property.
Statement of Purpose:
To clarify the application of criminal lockout to commercial property.
