| 28 | 28 | That chapter 802h of the general statutes be amended to provide that a conservator of the person shall be required to: (1) Respond in writing to an inquiry from a designated family member of the conserved person not later than seventy-two hours following the time of the inquiry; (2) meet with the conserved person not less than once every thirty days; and (3) provide periodic written summaries to designated family members of the conserved person relating to such person's health status and medical prognosis. | |
