| 28 | 28 | That chapter 815 of the general statutes be amended to authorize a clerk of the court to: (1) Approve fee waivers related to service of process or the appointment of counsel for children in family matters and then notify counsel and the parties of such appointment; and (2) upon the request of an applicant whose initial application for a fee waiver is denied, schedule a hearing on the fee waiver application. | |
