| 28 | 28 | That chapter 613 of the general statutes be amended to provide that: (1) Any application for incorporation as a limited liability corporation shall include the name, address and telephone number of any individual or entity that has a twenty per cent or greater financial interest in the limited liability company; and (2) the Secretary of the State shall post for public access the information described in subdivision (1) on the Secretary's Internet web site. | |
