AN ACT CREATING A PRIVATE CAUSE OF ACTION TO ENFORCE CERTAIN CONSERVATION EASEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 47-42c of the general statutes be amended to give private citizens the right to bring an action in the Superior Court to enforce conservation easements held by the state or municipalities.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a private cause of action to enforce a conservation easement held by the state or municipalities.
