| 28 | 28 | That subsection (a) of section 45a-54 of the general statutes be amended to provide that any Probate Court judge or employee who is not yet receiving a retirement allowance may apply to the Retirement Commission for credit for service as a member of the General Assembly and for military service, provided credit for such General Assembly and military service shall not exceed five years in the aggregate. | |
