AN ACT CONCERNING TERMINATION AND DISSOLUTION OF A MASTER ASSOCIATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 47-239a of the general statutes be amended to specify that the provisions of said section do not apply to master association that is comprised of more than six hundred units.
Statement of Purpose:
To specify that section 47-239a of the general statutes does not apply to a master association that is comprised of more than six hundred units.
