2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That chapter 815e of the general statutes be amended to provide that the public policy of the state of Connecticut shall be that all marriages are presumed valid and that no marriage shall be held to be invalid or bigamous, based on a jurisdictional defect in a prior divorce of the one of the parties.
