AN ACT CONCERNING LABOR AGREEMENTS AND THE GOVERNING BODIES OF MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that a public hearing be held prior to a municipal legislative body voting on whether or not to enter into a project labor agreement.
Statement of Purpose:
To require a public hearing before a municipal legislative body votes on a project labor agreement.
