AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN NEW HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a special act be adopted to authorize the city of New Haven to (1) own and develop the site between Temple Street and College Street in New Haven, and (2) require that proposed development agreements for such site be submitted to the board of aldermen.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the site between Temple and College Street to be developed by the city.
