AN ACT ESTABLISHING STATE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 32-741 of the general statutes be amended to allow the Capital Region Council of Governments and its member towns to become a regional economic development district upon ratification by such member towns.
Statement of Purpose:
To enable the Capital Region Council of Governments to become a regional economic development district.
