AN ACT CONCERNING REPAYMENT OF MUNICIPAL LIENS FOR VIOLATIONS OF BLIGHT ORDINANCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 130 of the general statutes be amended to provide that distressed municipalities receive at least ten per cent of any state funds for development projects in advance of such project.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that municipal liens for violations of blight ordinances be repaid prior to redevelopment.
