28 | 28 | That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Public Health to issue licenses to persons using residential kitchens to bake nonhazardous food products for sale, including breads, cakes, doughnuts, pastries, buns, rolls, cookies biscuits and jams. | |
