AN ACT CREATING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH'S INVOLVEMENT IN THE FAMILY COURT SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the Department of Public Health's investigation and hearing process and the department's role in providing oversight of mental health professionals involved in custody matters within the family court system.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a task force to study the Department of Public Health's involvement in the family court system.
