AN ACT CONCERNING BLOOD LEAD LEVEL TESTING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require each child to have a test for lead level in the blood at the child's annual physical exam.
Statement of Purpose:
To require all children to have lead testing during their yearly physical exam.
