AN ACT CONCERNING FEES FOR GENEALOGY SEARCHES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to allow a local health department to charge and collect a fee for conducting a genealogy search.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow local health departments to charge a fee for a genealogy search.
