2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 10-212a be amended to allow a school nurse and a school medical advisor to jointly approve and provide general supervision to an identified school paraprofessional to administer antiepileptic medication to a student for prompt treatment of the student's epilepsy pursuant to a written order of a specific medical professional and the student's parent or guardian
