AN ACT ALLOWING ADVANCED PRACTICE REGISTERED NURSES TO SIGN VARIOUS STATE-REQUIRED HEALTH FORMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to allow advanced practice registered nurses to sign various health forms required by the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To enhance and streamline patient care.
