2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That subsection (b) of section 53-341b of the general statutes be amended to permit any firefighter, licensed or certified emergency medical service provider and organization that provides emergency medical services to purchase or receive body armor without meeting the transferor of such body armor in person.
