AN ACT CONCERNING MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING FOR STATE AND MUNICIPAL POLICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 7-294r of the general statutes be amended to require each state and municipal police training program to provide training on mental health first aid.
Statement of Purpose:
To require training for state and municipal police in mental health first aid.
