2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That chapters 104 and 529 of the general statutes be amended to require that if any police officer injures, shoots or kills an unarmed person and makes any profit from such incident, such officer shall transfer those moneys to the unarmed person or the family members of such person.
