AN ACT CONCERNING CERTAIN FEES IMPOSED BY AUTOMOBILE DEALERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate "dealer conveyance fee", a "processing fee" or a "document fee" imposed by an automobile dealer.
Statement of Purpose:
To curb the imposition of certain fees by automobile dealers.
