AN ACT LIMITING THE USE OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE FUELS TAX AND THE GROSS EARNINGS TAX TO TRANSPORTATION PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of the motor vehicle fuels tax and the gross earnings tax for any purpose other than transportation infrastructure expenses.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the use of the motor vehicle fuels tax and gross earnings tax to transportation infrastructure.
