AN ACT CONCERNING THE ANNUAL INSPECTION OF FIRE APPARATUS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 14-11d of the general statutes be amended to specify that no fee may be charged for the annual inspection of fire apparatus by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the fee charged by the Department of Motor Vehicles to municipal fire departments for the annual inspection of fire apparatus.
