2424 AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY STANDARDS BY PERSONS PROVIDING TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENTS.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, in consultation with the Commissioners of Education and Transportation, (1) conduct a study into compliance with state law and regulations by vendors who provide transportation to special education students pursuant to section 10-76d of the general statutes, and (2) make recommendations to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation and education not later than July 1, 2016, of any changes needed.
