AN ACT ALLOWING TOWNS TO ESTABLISH TWO-WAY PROTECTED BICYCLE LANES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 13a-141 of the general statutes be amended to allow towns to establish two-way protected bicycle lanes.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase safety for nonmotorized transportation.
