2424 AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TASK FORCE TO EXAMINE THE CREATION OF A VETERANS TREATMENT PILOT PROGRAM.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 To establish a task force that shall: (1) Study the implementation of a veterans treatment court pilot program; and (2) make recommendations concerning the most effective plan of action for creating such a pilot program, including the establishment of a separate docket for the hearing of criminal matters that are misdemeanors, or felonies that may be reduced to misdemeanors, for discharged members of the United States military residing in Connecticut whose violation of certain criminal statutes may be a result of military service.
