AN ACT ALLOCATING A PORTION OF THE HOTEL TAX TO CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allocate a portion of hotel taxes collected in any municipality to be remitted to such municipality.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase revenue to municipalities.
