2424 AN ACT CONCERNING AN ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION PROGRAM DEFINITION AND STANDARDS.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to establish a definition of alternative education programs and establish standards for alternative education programs that include, but are not limited to, (1) a minimum daily hours requirement of no less than four hours per school day, (2) an evidence-based curriculum, (3) expanded social services, and (4) an annual report about such program to the Department of Education.
