AN ACT REQUIRING THE SAME PER PUPIL ECS GRANT FOR CERTAIN TOWNS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to require that all towns in district reference group I, as classified by the Department of Education, receive the same per pupil grant under the education cost sharing grant.
Statement of Purpose:
To require all DRG I towns to receive the same per pupil grant under the education cost sharing grant.
