AN ACT CONCERNING A MORATORIUM ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW MAGNET SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-264h of the general statutes be amended to establish a complete moratorium on the construction of new interdistrict magnet schools.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a moratorium on the construction of new interdistrict magnet schools.
