AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCLUSION OF ECS GRANT FUNDS AND ALLIANCE DISTRICT GRANT FUNDS IN THE CALCULATION OF A TOWN'S MINIMUM BUDGET REQUIREMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (d) of section 10-262i of the general statutes be amended to require the calculation of a town's minimum budget requirement to include funds received from an alliance district grant, if any, and funds received from the town's education cost sharing grant.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the minimum budget requirement calculation to include education cost sharing grant funds and alliance district grant funds.
