AN ACT CONCERNING CONSUMER NOTIFICATION REGARDING PRODUCT REGISTRATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require product manufacturers and sellers to provide written notice to consumers that information provided by a consumer on a card or form provided with a consumer product will be used for product registration.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide consumers with notice regarding product registration.
