AN ACT EXPANDING THE SCOPE OF THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY CONDITION DISCLOSURE REPORT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Residential Property Condition Disclosure Report to include all residential fuel tanks, both above ground and underground.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the scope of the Residential Property Condition Disclosure Report to include all residential fuel tanks, both above ground and underground.
