| 28 | 28 | That section 21a-12f of the general statutes be amended to require: (1) A secure locked box that is accessible to the public on a twenty-four-hour daily basis for the anonymous drop-off of unwanted pharmaceuticals at pharmacies that operate ten or more retail locations in this state, and (2) the transport of such pharmaceuticals to an appropriate facility for witnessed incineration. The provisions of this section shall not apply to schedule I controlled substances. | |
