AN ACT ALLOWING ON-SITE TASTINGS OF CIDER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (c) of section 30-16 of the general statutes be amended to allow on-site tastings of cider manufactured on premises for which a manufacturer permit for cider has been issued.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow cider manufacturers to conduct on-site tastings.
