AN ACT ESTABLISHING A RENTAL ASSISTANCE PILOT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 138a of the general statutes be amended to establish a pilot program to provide mobility counseling and resources, including, but not limited to, move assistance, security deposit guarantees and application fee costs, to families with government housing subsidies wishing to move to high opportunity areas with thriving schools.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a pilot program to provide counseling and resources to families wishing to move to high opportunity areas.
