AN ACT CONCERNING RENT STABILIZATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to stabilize rent for formerly subsidized rental portfolios.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish rent stabilization.
