3232 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3434 That the general statutes be amended to provide discretion to judges to (1) depart from mandatory minimum sentencing schemes in a case involving a juvenile prosecuted as an adult, and (2) fashion an appropriate penalty if good cause is shown.
