AN ACT CONCERNING MISDEMEANORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 53a-26 of the general statutes be amended to provide that the maximum sentence for a class A misdemeanor is less than one year.
Statement of Purpose:
To clarify that the maximum sentence for a class A misdemeanor is less than one year.
