| 28 | 28 | That title 29 of the general statutes be amended to require that a judge who finds a defendant whose firearms permit was revoked based on an arrest for a criminal violation shall order the immediate reinstatement of such defendant's permit upon a dismissal of charges, a judgment of not guilty or a nolle. | |
