AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGISTRATION OF AUTOCYCLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a registration class for autocycles, defined as three-wheeled motor vehicles with a steering wheel and seating that does not require the operator to straddle or sit astride, and that is manufactured to comply with federal safety requirements for motorcycles, except that autocycles are distinct from motorcycles.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow registration and licensing for autocycles, in a class separate from motorcycles.
