2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 14 of the general statutes be amended to modify the graduated licensing restrictions for sixteen and seventeen-year-old drivers by exempting the use of global positioning systems from the banned mobile electronic devices, provided hand-held uses such as programming, initiation of searches, data entry and navigation by visual means shall continue to be prohibited.
