The commissioners shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings of such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to military and veterans' affairs on or before January 1, 2016, and shall issue recommendations with regard to improving transportation to adequately meet the needs of residents. | |
