AN ACT CONCERNING THE SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT AT WINDSOR LOCKS HIGH SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That, notwithstanding the provisions of section 10-286 of the general statutes or any regulations adopted by the State Board of Education or the Department of Administrative Services pursuant to said section 10-286 concerning the calculation of grants using the state standard space specifications, the town of Windsor Locks shall be exempt from the state standard space specifications for the purpose of the calculation of the grant for the energy conservation project at Windsor Locks High School (Project Number 165-0079 EC).
Statement of Purpose:
To provide an exemption from the state standard space specifications requirements for the school building project at Windsor Locks High School in the town of Windsor Locks.
